My Cape Coral
Rental Homes

Get ready to relax . . .

We own two delightful Cape Coral rental homes, Bayside (3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 24’ Hurricane Sundeck boat rental included) and Villa Foster (3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 20’ Hurricane Fun Deck boat rental included).

This is where our family vacations - but we invite you to enjoy them when we are not in residence.

Reward yourself with a memorable, relaxing vacation on Florida's stunning Gulf Coast by making Villa Foster or Bayside your comfortable home base in Cape Coral during your stay. Both homes provide outstanding family and private spaces for you and your group to gather and offer a more complete vacation package than a hotel stay. These lovely properties are both located in quiet waterfront communities and offer:

  • spacious kitchens,
  • family areas,
  • master suites with private lanai entrances,
  • private boats with their own docks, and
  • private heated pools.

Both rental properties are owner managed and are poised at the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico, only 20 minutes from Fort Myers, Florida.

Both homes come complete with their own boats for rent making your vacation a true Cape Coral, Florida rental experience. Docked at the villa of your choice, your boat will be at your disposal for the length of your stay. Stroll to your boat, docked just steps from your patio and pool. Feel the sea breezes as you cruise the waterways, visit a sunny island, go fishing or boat to a local restaurant for an outstanding meal.

Why we vacation in Cape Coral

As avid boaters and full-time sailors, the appeal of waterfront property with a boat in the back yard was too strong to resist. Of course, we purchased our current home, Odysea - a 53’ Gulfstar sailboat – AFTER we purchased Villa Foster. Alas, despite that property’s convenient, direct access to the river and Gulf, Odysea’s 59’ mast is too tall to get under the Cape Coral bridge. So, we were forced to purchase Bayside. with even closer Gulf access, so we would have someplace to dock when we take a vacation from our chosen lifestyle.

We purchased Villa Foster as a vacation home in 2001, in part because it reminded us strongly of the open, breezy architecture we had enjoyed in Maui. When you open the pocket sliders along the back length of the house it is as if the pool deck and peaceful canal are part of your living space. The calm of it seeps into your soul. Then, in 2004, the inconveniences of docking our sailboat remotely during our visits prompted us to look for a second Cape Coral property with “big boat” access. Bayside delighted us from the moment we walked in. As one of Cape Coral’s first 200 homes, its unassuming façade that merely hints at the upscale finishes a renowned Naples remodeler included when the property was renovated in 2003. While we continue to visit both properties, docking Odysea in the back yard during our stays at this home always makes us happy.
