Why we vacation in Cape Coral

The convenience of Bayside’s Yacht Club location on the wide Bimini Canal allows us to reach the river in less than 1 minute and boat to Sanibel- Captiva islands in 20 minutes, providing the maximum fun in the sun time. By contrast the trip to Sanibel by car is 45 to 60 minutes. The return trip by car frequently takes 3 or more hours. It’s not unusual to be stuck in the early afternoon traffic trying to leave Sanibel island for several hours, and that is the weekday experience! The Bayside Villa delighted us from the moment we walked in. As one of Cape Coral’s first 200 homes, its unassuming façade that merely hints at the upscale finishes a renowned Naples remodeler included when the property was renovated in 2003.
